Suprep

SUPREP Bowel Prep Kit is taken as a split dose (2-day) regimen. You take the first 6-ounce bottle of SUPREP the evening before your colonoscopy and the second 6-ounce bottle of SUPREP the morning of your colonoscopy. It is important to drink the additional water as recommended in the Instructions. Both 6-ounce bottles are required for a complete prep.

DAY BEFORE YOUR PROCEDURE AT 6:00 PM

Step 1

Pour one of the 6-oz. bottles into the mixing container provided in the kit.

Step 2

Add cool drinking water to the 16-oz. line, indicated on the container, and stir.

Step 3

Drink all the liquid in the container.

Step 4

You must drink two more containers filled with drinking water over the next hour. You will have loose bowels, so stay near a bathroom!

FOUR HOURS BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOME FOR THE PROCEDURE

Step 5

Pour the contents of the remaining 6-oz. bottle into the mixing container provided in the kit.

Step 6

Put the stick back in the tube and close well. Do not open the tube once you have closed it.

Step 7

Put the sample collection tube in the plastic bag and close it.

Step 8

You must drink two more containers filled with drinking water over the next hour. You will have loose bowels, so stay near a bathroom!
